7 Days Exchange and Refund

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and refund policy from the date of delivery. If within this period you find the item unsatisfactory or it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Exchange and Refund

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
- The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
- Any accessories or freebies accompanying the product must also be returned.

Process for Exchange and Refund

2. Approval and Quality Check: Once your request is received, we will review it and provide you with further instructions. Upon approval, you will be required to send the item back to us for a quality check.

3. Quality Check: Our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above. If the item passes the quality check, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

4. Processing Exchange/Refund: If the item is approved for exchange, you can choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. For refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Additional Information

- Shipping charges incurred for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please allow 10 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed once the returned item is received and approved.
