We accept exchanges and returns for damaged or faulty items within 48h of delivery date.
Please note that this applies only to orders placed on Krasthelabel.ae. For purchases made through third-party retailers, we advise you to contact the place of purchase for assistance.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Delivery and Shipping
We aim to deliver your orders within stated timelines however circumstances may arise that restrict us from delivering within said time. we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Safety
Please never leave candles and incense unattended. If left neglected they are a fire hazard. Kras The Label is not responsible for any potential fire hazards related to neglect of burning candles and incense/incorrect usage. Keep candles and incense away from flammable items, keep away from pets and children. Burn within sight. Avoid burning candles in drafty areas.
Please never leave anything burning in the incense holders unattended. If left neglected they are a fire hazard. Kras The Label is not responsible for any potential fire hazards related to neglect of burning candles or any other objects inside the holders/incorrect usage. Keep holders away from flammable items, keep away from children, burn within sight. Avoid burning anything inside the holders in drafty areas.
